Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ViralmeAJ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ViralmeAJ is a social media management and cross-platform publishing platform that allows users to schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple social networks including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and Bluesky.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ViralmeAJ to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or third-party platforms
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse our API or platform
• Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without our consent

5. Social Platform Connections

When you connect third-party social media accounts, you authorize ViralmeAJ to access and manage those accounts on your behalf within the permissions you grant. We use official OAuth 2.0 APIs and never store your social platform passwords. You remain responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms of service.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or publish through ViralmeAJ. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Free plan features may change at any time.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Paid subscribers who cancel will retain access until the end of their billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralmeAJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Third-party platform APIs are outside our control and may affect service availability.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
